How do you ship?

Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles California California and open Monday thru Friday, we are closed on all US Government Holidays

  • Orders placed before before 12 pm Pacific Time will ship out that day
  • Orders placed after 12 pm Pacific Time will ship on the next business day
  • If you ordering for the East and Midwest USA expect 3 to 5 business days via UPS Ground 
  • Western States and California will reach you in 1 to 3 business days via UPS Ground 
  • (Weather and other factors outside of our control can impact this)
  • Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is available for a fee, and includes Saturday delivery

Any doubts please ask and we can calculate a shipping time for you, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays

Once we have tracking it will be added to your order and you will be notified via email that your item has shipped, if you created an account on our web page you will be able to see tracking information in your order history

Domestic Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship UPS ground as standard, shipping times can be impacted by circumstances out of our control such as the weather especially around Christmas.  Delivery times can vary from 1 to 7 business days. Order with adequate time or select express shipping options.

If there is no one there to sign for it, UPS may leave the bike if the driver perceives it to be safe to do so.  If not, they will leave a card and usually attempt delivery the next working day.  Alternatively call the number on the card and re-arrange delivery within the next 5 working days, or the parcel will be returned to us.

 

For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and other territories there will be a flat rate surcharge added for shipping.

 

International

Canada, Mexico and other international locations on request. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details, especially those residents ordering from Canada.  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. TykesBykes LLC & Stampede Bikes are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

 

Return Policy

TykesBykes & Stampede Bikes want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide you with a “No-Hassle” satisfaction guarantee. If any item you purchase from us doesn’t meet your expectations, send it back within 30 days – we’ll issue a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping charges) via the same payment method you used originally.

If your purchase included any free promotional items don’t forgot to include the freebie item with your return so we can issue you a full refund.

 

How do I return Something?

Contact us first at support@Stampedebikes.com, so that we aware of your issue and can expect your return, we will at this time provide you with details on where to return your item.

If you are returning a bike as new unused for a refund you are responsible for return shipping charges. Stampede Bikes cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping.

Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Stampede Bikes do not accept COD’s on returns.

If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. Please check the date on the credit card originally used. If the card is expired, the credit will not process.

 

You sent me the wrong thing

Please email us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within seven days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.

 

It was damaged when I received it

All items that are shipped out from Stampede Bikes are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please email us at support@Stampedebikes.com immediately.

What do I need to do when my bike arrives?

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to you the customer.  Whilst we take great care in assembling and packaging our bikes in accordance with CPSC and ISO standards, you will need to spend some time assembling the bicycle.  For the safest ride and the best possible performance from our products we recommend that you have your local bike shop assemble and tune the bike for you.

For Sprinter Pedal Bikes:
  • Install the pedals
  • Install the front wheel
  • Install and then tighten in place the handlebar
  • Install the seat post and adjust to height
  • Tune/adjust shifting
  • Tune/adjust brakes
  • Set tires to your preferred pressure
  • General inspection
For Charger Balance Bikes:
  • Install the front wheel
  • Install and then tighten in place the handlebar
  • Install the seat post and adjust to height
  • Tune/adjust rear brake
  • Set tires to your preferred pressure
  • General inspection

If your purchase is intended as a gift, please take the time to inspect and assemble the bike prior to the big day so that there is time to correct anything!
