Each Stampede Bike comes with a full 30 day money back guarantee. As long as the bike is returned within 30 days in “as new condition” we will give you a full refund on the bike (refund does not include shipping costs).

2 Year Warranty

Stampede Bikes offers a 2 year warranty on all bikes. Should you experience any mechanical issues with the bike please contact us directly at support@Stampedebikes.com so that we can help resolve your issue. We have a full range of parts and in most cases can get replacements out very quickly. Warranty excludes parts damaged through improper use or normally wear, such as tires. Stampede Bikes is not be responsible for mechanical failures or damage as a result of misuse.

Return Policy

Shop with confidence. If any item you purchase from Stampede Bikes doesn’t meet your expectations, send it back within 30 days. We will issue a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping charges) via the same payment method. Stampede Bikes reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

How Do I return an Item?

Contact Stampede Bikes at support@Stampedebikes.com, so that we aware of your issue and can expect your return. At that time we will provide you with details on where to return your item.

Stampede Bikes does not cover return shipping charges and cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in shipping. Please allow the usual banking time for refunds to appear on your credit card statement, appoximately 7-10 business days. COD’s will not be accepted on returns.

I Received the Wrong Item

Please email us immediately within 7 days regarding any mistakes on your order.

Product Damaged When I Received It

All items that are shipped out from Stampede Bikes are in new and unused condition. If a package is delivered to you in damaged condition, you have the option of refusing delivery of a package with obvious damage. If you do receive a damaged package, please email us at support@Stampedebikes.com immediately. We will contact the delivery company and file a damage claim. Stampede Bikes will arrange for delivery company to pick up the damaged package. Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
